Do you honestly think in their pre-mission breifing and pre-mission excersizes they inform these officers of our real intentions and what’s really upsetting us?
It’s like… Do you really think any soldiers in Iraq have ANY IDEA who is even fighting them, nevermind WHY they are righting them?
All they are told is “Terrorists”, “9/11″, “Terrorism”, “WMD”, “Al Qaeda”, “Terrorism”, “WMD”
When they get on the ground, they have NO clue. Anyone who LOOKS threatening gets killed/tortured.

They will be filled with misinformation (I.E: “Anarchists infiltrated a protest.. We must rout out the anarchists and arrest them” or “G20 protesters are anarchist. They want no government, no police.. They’re just misguided kids.” etc. etc.) so they are totaly disconnected from the issue on the ground long before they step foot on it.

You must remember, as a police officer you are bound to similiar duties as one in the Military is..
Police Officers on the ground never are the ones that make decisions.. It’s the guys high up in the chain that have become corrupted, who are making these policies (Provocateurs,) and tactics (Kettles,)
@DarklingX : Search on YouTube for the complete video. The police take the 3 “protesters” away, peacefully (Without beating, spraying or even handcuffing them..) they hearded them into vans and they were driven away.
Compare and contrast that action to what the Police in Toronto did to REAL protesters.. They kicked the living shit out of them and put them into a make-shift detention center.

There’s VIDEO, those guys tried to provoke a fucking violent riot and that union leader got between the provocateurs and the protester’s started yelling at the cops… They did it again in Toronto at the G20 and no smart union leader was there to out them, they turned if violent and THOUSANDS of Canadains’ civil rights were abused because of it.

Chinese police did the same thing to discredit peaceful Buddhist human rights protests dressing as Buddhists and being violent … There’s wind that Van. shipped in ‘professional rioters’ from Montreal to vandalize and discredit legitimate protests during the 2010 Olympics. @mejw1 People that become cops in the first place are usually establishment doops that some how think controlling protesters is for the greater good. Also they will be taught that violating civil rights and local law to keep the people in line is ultimately a good thing.
