The whole war bit started when Rome was in New Orleans and was in the same hotel as Auburn fan, and saw how they correspond, and everything they said included War Eagle. So now war means pretty much anything someone likes.
Lighten up SportsFan. I am a Pistons fan and loved the Bad Boys. I can laugh at Isiah today and still think he was one of the best Pistons. But Isiah is definately aloof.

But bigger picture, I gotta say – all the media, in particular sports media, is so harsh and kinda ridiculous. THey love to, especially Jim Rome and other ESPN reporters, love to bash a lot of people in the sports industry when they’re down or do something they don’t approve of. The reason why they are in the media is…
because they were not good enough to be playing in sports so they just work in the media in the sports world. They are wimps and punks. They sit and judge everybody and make their living in trying to make people look bad but whats so great about them???
They don’t have any guts or courage to hold any front office positions in sports. THey know they can easily fail at these ultra competitive positions.
So thats kinda ridiculous to me but it is what it is.
