I watched my dad slowly die of cancer- I wouldn’t wish that on anyone- this guy is very sick and twisted.. Like many Christian men, I once had an addiction to pornography- one of the best days of my life was when I finally had enough and came clean. Yes it was hard and yes it was extremely embarassing and I had mending to do with my wife but over time it passed and we are closer than ever. The problem with secret lives is you have to lie more to cover up the other lies- it’s NOT worth it

@MrTingang the abscence of evidence is not evidence of abscence… there were many thing we didn´t understand for centuries that now we take for granted. there are many things that we still don´t understand and probably some of them will take a very long time to get it.
but YOU CANNOT USE GOD as an ANSWER for WHAT WE STILL DON´T UNDERSTAND. it is just a matter of time and SCIENCE to have the appropiate answer.

@musclesilove you can tell me oh all this feeling in our body is made by hormones or chemicals, ok then ill make a machine then give it a micro chip for the brain then give it a battery for the heart then i give it command codes or in other machines i add seductive chemicals so it could fall in love, but it doesnt because this chemicals only last awhile thats why our hormones can only make feelings of lust not love. so its us that turns lust to love, how ? i dont know, ASK SCIENCE

@BigLove41 sorry dude but that´s not true. In fact Lee Strobel´s book is very weak and full of fallacies, not science at all to back it up. I used to be a christian and reading the bible lead me to atheism. the problem is that believers do not read it.

I would recommend you read The Case for Faith by Lee Strobel if you’re truly interested in gaining a different perspective than maybe what you’ve “always been told”, or “what your parents believe”. A former atheist himself, Lee embarked on a journey to disproof the bible and Jesus and after doing years of research and interviewing scholars on the matter, began to believe the bible was true.
Probably in your judicial system “beyond a reasonable doubt” doesn´t mean “without evidence” or what ever the judge “believe”. To be fair, the system must be based on evidence and reason otherwise is not justice at all.

@RAZONYCIENCIA3000 That’s why it’s called “faith”. A belief in something bigger than ones self. Our judicial system doesn’t even require “proof” to send someone to prison. Guilt is based on “beyond a reasonable doubt”. Using historical references, eyewitness testimony found in the bible, and common sense…many have faith that there is a God, that he loves every single created being and that he is just and sovereign. As for proof. I can’t “prove” He exists, just as you can’t “prove” He doesn’t.
because atheism is not a belief or a negation of god, but an answer to an assertion made by believers. believers say god exists, we answer there is no proof of it existance, so we dont believe. in fact I believe that god exists as a mental construccion, not as a person or being. for instance Mc Donalds exists, but YOU CANNOT talk to it or have a relationship with it. you can contact the personal of mc donalds but not “mc donalds” itself, because it doesnt exist as a being, same thing with god
