Situation Update No. 93 On 21.04.2011 at 03:34 GMT+2 Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan visited the Fukushima prefecture as the 20-km evacuation area around the crippled nuclear power plant was officially declared a no-go zone on Thursday, Japan Today reported. The authorities officially banned all unauthorized entry to areas within a 20-kilometer radius of the plant starting from midnight local time. The prime minister was “to discuss the plans for strict enforcement of the evacuation zone” with local officials and evacuees during his visit, the news portal said. Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano said the move was aimed at preventing radiation exposure and looting. Until Thursday, police could not legally deny entry to evacuees, who returned to their homes after the evacuation announcement on March 12. Japanese officials plan to organize short trips for residents willing to collect their belongings in the near future. hisz.rsoe.hu US: Arkansas investigating mysterious natural gas flowing from Quitman well www.sott.net Chicago has coolest spring since 1940 theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com Geomagnetic storm in progress thewatchers.adorraeli.com 51777 More Than 450 Flights Cancelled in Chicago to Severe Storms www.ubalert.com VIDEOS: Tepco Admit Possible Meltdown At Reactor No 1 (20.04.11) www.youtube.com 桜島ライブカメラ 2011-04-21 08時~12時 Volcano Sakurajima www.youtube.com Magnitude 6.0 earthquake hits eastern Japan April 20th 2011 www.youtube.com US WEATHER: 300
